Cancel & Refund

Spotgames operates on a real time basis, where money if the users is debited and the quiz immediately starts. The quizzes last for anywhere between 20 seconds to 5 minutes. Users, once they start the quiz waive the right to any refund or cancellation. Leaving the quiz midway will result in the quiz ending, which the user consents to prior to joining the quiz. Further, as per the rules of the game, the user would be responsible for ensuring there is proper internet connection. Spotgames shall not be responsible in case of any connectivity issues. As such, since the game happens on a real time basis, there is no refund or cancellation that a user may request.
